First you can check the model of your mobility scooter and make sure that corresponds with the proper scooter battery replacement kit. Next, we would suggest double checking the part number on your current set of battery replacements. This can be found by either checking the owners manual or directly on the front face of the battery will reveal it’s: voltage, amp rating and part number. Typically the battery will state the chemistry of the unit on the front face, if there are two or more individual batteries in the battery box, stating on them SEALED LEAD ACID. You can be assured that is a AGM mobility scooter battery. Although, if the battery is a single block, stating Li or LiFe-P04m that will let you know that you’d need to replace a Lithium mobility scooter battery.

HOW TO INSTALL EWHEELS BATTERIES
- Ensure Scooter is Powered Off: First, turn off your scooter and unplug it from any power source.
- Locate Battery Compartment: The battery compartment of eWheels scooters are usually located beneath the seat for most models. You’ll need to remove the seating assembly
- Remove Old Batteries: Unscrew or unlatch the battery compartment cover and carefully remove the old batteries.
- Be sure to remember or note down how they were connected (take a picture if necessary), as it’s vital information when hooking up new ones.
- Install New Batteries: Position your new batteries from our replacement kit into place and secure them following the previous arrangement done with old batteries.
- Connect Battery Terminals: Connect all cables to their corresponding terminals on the battery just as it was before detachment
- Test Run: Once everything is connected securely, screw back or latch the battery compartment
