Purchases Less Than 60 Days: All non-Origin/conventional motorcycle batteries require return to our facility for testing. We provide a pre-paid return label.
Purchases Over 60 Days: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We'll provide return instructions and PayPal payment link for shipping reimbursement.
What We Need From You
- Order Information: Order number and purchase date
- Battery Details: Model number, date code (if visible), and application
- Issue Description: Detailed explanation of the problem
- Photos: Clear images showing the battery, any damage, and date code label (if present)
Processing Timeline
- Initial review: 1-2 business days
- Return label issued (if applicable): Within 24 hours of approval
- Testing upon receipt: 3-5 business days
- Resolution: Replacement or refund processed within 1 business day of testing completion

- Conventional batteries filled with acid are non-returnable on Amazon
