Important Distinction: Exchanges are for items that work but don't meet your needs. If your item is defective or not working, please submit an RMA warranty claim instead.

What is an Exchange?

An exchange allows you to return a working product that doesn't meet your needs and receive a different product that better fits your requirements. The exchange process is only for items that are functioning correctly but were ordered incorrectly or don't fit your application.

Exchange Eligibility

  • 30-Day Window: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of original purchase date
  • Working Condition: Item must be in working, undamaged condition
  • Original Packaging: Item should be in original packaging when possible
  • Complete Return: All hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included
Conventional Batteries - Special Handling:
  • If you have a conventional (flooded) battery that has already been filled with acid, please note this in your request
  • Filled conventional batteries require supervisor approval for exchange
  • Contact us before proceeding if your battery has been filled

Essential Items - Priority Handling

These items receive expedited exchange processing:
  • Mobility device batteries (wheelchair, power chair, mobility scooter)
  • Stairlift batteries
  • AED batteries
  • UPS batteries

If you're exchanging an essential item, please indicate this in your request for priority processing.

Exchange Cost Calculation

The total exchange cost includes:

  1. Price Difference: Cost difference between incorrect and correct product (if new item costs more)
  2. Return Shipping: Cost of prepaid label to return incorrect item to us
  3. New Item Shipping: Shipping cost for the correct item (if applicable based on order value)

We'll calculate the exact cost and provide a detailed breakdown via email before processing payment.

Exchange Process Timeline

  1. Submit Request: Complete the form below with your order and product details
  2. Review (1-2 business days): Our team reviews your request and verifies product availability
  3. Cost Calculation: We calculate total exchange cost and email you the breakdown
  4. Payment: We send a PayPal payment link for the exchange cost
  5. Return Label: Once payment is received, we email you a prepaid return label
  6. Ship Correct Item: We ship the correct item to you
  7. Return Original: You ship back the original item using our prepaid label

Platform-Specific Notes

eBay Purchases:
  • We cannot send PayPal payment links through the eBay platform
  • You'll need to provide an alternate email address for payment processing
  • Please include your preferred email in the form below
Amazon Purchases:
  • Standard exchange process applies
  • Conventional batteries that have been filled with acid cannot be returned on Amazon

Shipping Options for Returns

  • Option 1 (Recommended): Use our prepaid return label. Cost is included in the exchange total and deducted from payment.
  • Option 2: Ship using your own carrier to potentially reduce costs. Share tracking information with us once shipped.

  • Order Information: Original order number and purchase date
  • Original Item Details: Model number and what you originally ordered
  • Desired Item: Specific model number of the item you want to exchange for
  • Reason: Why the original item doesn't meet your needs
  • Photos: Clear images of the original item and its condition (optional but recommended)

Important Reminders

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • If desired item is out of stock, we'll contact you with alternatives
  • Missing hardware from return may result in up to $5 deduction
  • Items must be returned in saleable condition
  • Damaged or used items may not qualify for exchange
