The advanced design and engineering of this large battery pack makes it an ideal choice for those requiring lightweight, space-saving battery systems that are both easy to install and maintain. Assembly is quick and easy with a simplified, yet advanced layout configuration featuring “two-way” post design allowing quick connector assembly. With many different sizes and battery backup modules available, they can be tailored to fit almost any application or requirement!

This module requires only front access bolts for mounting. This module option meets UBC 97 (Interlock™ only) Zone 4 top of building requirements. These Interlock Modules are certified to 8 modules high, top of building

This module has front and rear access bolts for mounting. This Non-Interlock model meets UBC 97 Zone 2B top of building requirements – Zone 4. These Non-Interlock Modules are certified up to to 8 modules high on ground level

DEKA UNIGY II INTERLOCK™ SYSTEM

the interlock modules are designed to provide extra safety when connecting multiple modules together, thus reducing the risk of short circuits or other hazards caused by improper installation. Also, the patented Interlock Module design eliminates rear bolting, allowing front access bolting for increased installation efficiency and safety.

This system also offers more choices in configuring the battery system, provides more flexibility when choosing height and length of your particular system configurations, enhancing space saving and versatility. The Interlock is available in Deka AVR45, AVR75, and AVR95 sizes, offering one of the best large grid scale battery storage options available.

DEKA UNIGY II NON-INTERLOCK SYSTEM

The Deka Unigy II Non-Interlock module is designed with a three-piece base and features front and rear access bolts for mounting. This makes installation easy and safe, while the acid resistant epoxy powder paint coating ensures maximum durability in any environment.

Additionally, each 2V Cell battery module has mounting holes for grounding option as well as standard two-piece base which enables anchors to be drilled and installed with the base in place.

Furthermore, this system meets UBC Zone 4 certification of ground level in most applications up to 8 modules high making it an one of the best large battery packs for those seeking reliable modular battery solutions with a small footprint!

UNIGY II SPACESAVER FEATURES

The East Penn Unigy II line is available in a 2V SLA battery cell system design. It includes a wide range of capacities and sizes to fit the requirements of UPS applications with ratings from 234 – 3434 watts @ 15 min 1.67 v.p.c. The 2V battery cell terminals are solid copper with lead plating and are designed for maximum conductivity while it's advanced features provide easy and safe installations!

The Deka Unigy 2 has several features that make it well suited for a wide range of uses. One key feature is the Interlock system design which provides extra safety when connecting multiple modules together as well as making your industrial battery bank installation as simple as possible.

In addition, the 2V battery cells design allows for increased run times over other battery designs by offering higher energy density levels than traditional lead acid cells.

Finally, the unique Plate Formation Technology used in Unigy II spacesavers helps extend their usable life even further by resisting corrosion from sulfation buildup on the electrodes over time, due to improved cell design integrity and uniformity compared to older technologies.

The Deka Unigy II AVR45 Spacesaver Batteries are the perfect choice for those needing reliable power solutions with a small footprint. Constructed using high quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques, these batteries provide superior performance in 24V or 48V telecommunications applications as well as 120V, 240V, 480V UPS and switchgear control systems.

The open spaces between cells allow them to be cooled by convection while mounting bases are coated with epoxy for added protection. Additionally, cell terminals and inter-connection hardware are covered in flame-retardant plastic which mounts in four places on the module making it easy to install or remove when needed.

DEKA UNIGY II AVR75

The Deka Unigy II AVR75 is a reliable and efficient battery system that offers several features to ensure optimal performance. It comes in 160AH – 1255AH capacities, with non-interlock modules of 6 cells per module for 5-15 plates (160AH-550AH) and 3 cells per module for 17-33 plates (630AH-1255AH). Interlock Modules are also available in 4 or 6 cells per module for 5 - 15 plate configurations, as well as 2 or 3 cell options for the 17 - 33 plate option. The open spaces allow middle cells to be cooled by convection while the design allows modules to be stacked and connected using only four bolts.

Additionally, mounting bases are coated with powdered epoxy and cell terminals are protected by a clear flame-retardant plastic cover. With a life span of 20 years in float applications, the Deka Unigy II AVR75 is an ideal choice for those seeking reliable and efficient power solutions.

Battery Terminal Options for Unigy II Spacesaver Module: The standard terminal designation is front access, while top and side termianls are also available. Top termianls will add 7.75" to the overall height of the modules, while side terminals will add 4.5" to each side for added conductivity.
