These were visually identical replacements for the original batteries I was replacing. The connectors were in the correct positions, and they were a perfect fit in the UPS unit. I've only had them installed for about a week, but so far they're working perfectly.

Who would have thought that the old batteries, which showed 100%, would keep the unit from working. Not me. Also, if you are using your UPS for your PC and laserjet printer, get the printer to the surge protector side. It still kept tripping and shutting off the UPS when plugged into the battery side. Moved it over and now I'm getting the battery back up again. Thanks for a more economical replacement instead of purchasing a new unit.
