The recommended charge rate for the OR-12120IT series battery is 2 AMPS at 12 VOLTS. We recommend using an automatic battery charger that will shut off once the battery is fully charged. If that's not available charge time can be determined by dividing the CAPACITY of the battery, by the rate of charge of the charger (the AMP RATING)

 

Example

A 2 AMP charger will take 6 hours to FULLY charge this 12AH battery (12 / 2 = 6)

    Not a drop in replacement for ~2019 ARIENS IKON XL60 lawnmower, some sort of spacer is required for under the mower tie down bracket to keep the battery from moving, I used two paint stirrers, only thing I could find at the time with close enough thickness, but had to use a clamp to get the tie down re-bolted. Hoping it holds till I get rubber sheet of the right thickness to use. This battery does not have the top shape of the "contender"s part number.
