Shipping and Return Policy
We have worked with UPS over the years to get our customers the lowest
possible shipping rates for both ground and expedited shipping methods. All
of our shipping rates are pulled through a live rate calculation system
directly from UPS’s servers - High-Tech Battery Solutions does not add
anything to the rate pulled from our corporate UPS account, what we get
charged the customer gets charged.
Our primary package carriers used are UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
All orders placed before 2 P.M. EST Monday through Friday will get shipped
out the same day they are received unless otherwise state on the product
page of the ordered item. Our primary package carriers used are UPS, USPS,
and FedEx. Expedited shipping services are available for a majority of our
products, exclusions do apply for conventional style motorcycle batteries
and primary lithium products.
We will accept returned items that have been purchased directly through
High-Tech Battery Solutions, Inc. that fall within 30 days time of delivery.
All customers looking to return a product must have Return Authorization
Form issued to them from a High-Tech Battery Solutions, Inc. staff member.
Items that are returned without the correct documentation are not guaranteed
The customer is to ship the item back to High-Tech Battery Solutions, Inc.
at their own expense using a delivery service of their choice. During the
RMA request process we do offer our customers the option to use our
commercial shipping rates to return the order. Using our commercial shipping
rates will guarantee the lowest possible UPS rate which we can then deduct
from the customers total refund.
Once the product arrives at our facility it will be inspected to ensure the
quality, both in terms of performance and physical appearance (can’t take
back a beat up item). Once the product has been confirmed to be in new
condition, a refund will be issued for the price of the battery.
